Second Street Parking Restrictions until Thursday

Seems a bit trivial considering the day's real news events but thought we would let anyone who was planning to venture down to Second Street this week that there is major construction going on on both sides of the street. Both sides of Second Street are closed to parking from 10am today through 6pm on Thursday. Additional parking lots behind businesses on Second Street are still open to the public.

On a trip to bank this morning I noticed there were tow trucks towing away cars who didn't notice the signs. So consider this your public service announcement from ShoutLongBeach.com.

Now that I look at my picture it seems I had the times backwards...or they did. =) 10pm to 6am? Let's just say I was down there this am and it was a mess....
