Lonely in Love

I feel so many

conflicting feelings

about a friend

We have developed a

deep mutual trust

for each other

after only knowing each other

one or two months

I want to have

more than

sex

with her

I want to

date her,

build a relationship

on our foundation of

friendship

But I’m so incredibly scared

she’s leaving in

two to four weeks

out of state

I don’t want to

open up my heart

and get rejected

She is bi-curious,

but not lesbian after all           

I don’t to be something

she grows tired of

if she wants dick again

Even if she returns the feelings

I have for her,

I’m still fearful

If we’re dating,

How will I handle it when she moves out of state?

Will we see each other again?

If so, when?

Will she cheat on me when she’s away?
