Back in Town
Such a great vacation!
I'm home now and it feels great. This trip to Vegas was well needed.
While i was there I had a lot of free time to think about.....well everything.
Every morning I walked about 2 miles out into the desert and sat on a giant rock I found and just listened to the silence of the desert.
interesting things happen when you listen to silence.
In silence there is truth
in truth there you find the constants
when you know the constants
you have insight
and when you have insight you know Peace.
Inner and Outer Peace.
And that's what I came back with.
Also while I was there My aunt had her baby.
Her name is Nadia and she's beautiful, I'm excited to see her learn and grow as another being on this planet.
I'm going to try to update my blog post weekly...I tend to forget about the online world. lol

Very inspirational and true. We tend to get sucked into the chaos of the world and we have to get away and be at peace with oneself. Thank you for sharing.
