What's up CityLifers? Yesterday's 108 degrees of heat, was felt by everyone in the LB. Today should be no different, according to the Associated Press. The article says that it will be hot as hell today, but temperatures will be lower than it was on Monday.

Last week, Long Beach launched a year-long pilot to eighth graders using iPads to enhance their education, specifically, their algebra skills. Basically, this project is going to measure the difference in performance between students who use the iPad's application options to those using traditional text books.
