Governor says "Drought Over", but Mayor Foster accepts further water conservation challenge.
I don't always agree with Mayor Foster, see almost any position he takes in agreement with the LB Chamber of Commerce, but here's one thing I think we should all take his side on. Even though Governor Brown has proclaimed an end the CA drought, we should still continue to support strong water…
