What A Great Easter Party We Had...
I want to that everyone that came out tonight to my first Easter Party & Hot Bunny Contest. The winner was Mary, and she looked great! She took home over $200.00 in cash and prizes for her performance. thanks to Kyle for passing out the awards.
I also want to that Jeffrey Peterson (The 420 Comic) for a fantastically funny comedy bit. His humor was not just right on, but also satirically witty and biting. Sorry for the small shit that happened. These things tend to occur when little minds meet those who are superior. props to you for staying and doing another 2 sets for us. We love you.
Thanks to Tyranis for an awesome hard rock tour de force. You really lit up the night and the crowd with your power and presence. I know that you will be playing again in May. I just wish I was the one who had booked you.
Kudos also go to Long Beach's Lobsterboss. You kick major ass my local brothers. See you again soon.
The same goes to the amazingly creative Whiffle Dick. These two guys just came back from a tour in Northern California and an On Air Live radio performance. You Rock my brother from a different mother.
Last but not least...Mr. Don Pie (A.K.A. King Of Reno) Your talents are endless, just like your energy. Doing a show with you is the epitome of professionalism. You are the Rock for me to lean on when I'm beat and down. You are just the best. I love you so much. the word "ENIGMATIC" has your face on it in the dictionary. I will see you in two weeks when we do our "420 UP IN SMOKE" party.
And I cannot close this blog without mentioning Ranae. She is the reason we have the shows. Without her...We are nothing but specs in the sands of time. We wish we could just bottle you up and save you for a rainy day. Love is just a word that does not come close to how we feel about you.
Lets not forget the beautiful Britney. She is Ranae’s right hand person. And the night could not have gone through so smoothly and complete without her hard and dependable work. We love your energy, smile and enthusiasm.
Adam...You bar ROCKS...BUT HARD!
Long live Long Beach, Long Live Rock, and long live FERN'S

Well, I talked about the Easter Party. So let me bring you up to speed (really quickly) on my lastest happenings.
Last night I DJ for a "Ladies Night" at the Que Sera. It marked the beginning of Gay Pride Weekend. The Band that played was gathering of old friends that had played together before in the old days of The QUE. They only had a couple of rehearsals before last night. The Que Sera has been around for over 35 years. It started as a lesbian bar, and now caters mostly to… Continue
