Justin; Will you maintain/continue with CityLife Consulting, or is that also going with 562?
Thanks. I personally am working on expanding my current work, then have another project on the white board as well, so timing isn't available for me, but I do like to see/read the goings on herein.
Perhaps contacting WeLoveLongBeach would be interested? They seem to fall under the similar lines of being active in the community.
Best of luck to everyone and certainly keep a backup of the site/domain just in case there's a short trip down the road, and back ; )

Sad to receive the message of 562CityLife.com
Truely, Its Part of Life around here.
I understand the financial aspect to it, which simple donations could keep that afloat, but I'm wondering if it could sustain itself to some minor degree as a place for those to continue posting events and the like without to much management?
Think of it more like an app, where as long as its doing its job, the developer doesn't have to perform to many upgrades.
It seems like many are still using it as an outlet.

Thanks! A lot of our staff are LBC locals- come down and visit if you're in the neighborhood!
Hello, regarding work-stoppage today. Both the Teamsters and Longshoremen, at all ports on the west coast, were consulted with Occupy Movement, and here in the LB/LA port area, the Teamsters supported today's action, but the Longshoremen could not due to their contract limitations on the number of work stoppages allowed. Chris with Occupy Long Beach. Coming soon, Living Wage, Move to Amend and Publicly Financed Elections.
