Why I love Long Beach

Hopefully, my profile informs you just a bit, about why I love LB. Heres some more info as to why:Like I said, I grew up in Lakewood. I moved out of my parents house when I was 22, My bestfriend and I shared a two-bedroom apartment at 1740 Redondo #15, a few buildings south of The Executive Suite. About Me:
Grew up in Lakewood, lived in LBC from 1981-92. Now live up north in Carmel by the Sea, but something about LB got ahold of me and won't let go. I'm seriously thinking of moving back, but almost all the locals in Carmel, when I tell them, they say "Oh, its that time of the month again" because I mention it a lot. Carmel is beautiful, but like the saying, "Its a nice place to visit, but I wouldn't want to live there." Its absolutely boring up here, whereas, LB has so much more to do, and definitely not L.A. and definitely not O.C. LB has its own identity. Besides, though I live far away, I can tell anyone whats going on in LB, from restaurants, bars, clubs, community events, conventions; I'm like my own LB Concierge. I LOVE LB!
