Semper Fidelis, the motto of the United States Marine Corps, means “always faithful.” In the recent years, it seems as if that fidelity, which is so celebrated, is not being reciprocated by the leadership in the U.S. to military service veterans.

    This is my first blog on 562CityLife, and lo and behold, I'm not even in Long Beach (or California for that matter),

    After an 8-hour journey via the CA 14 and US 395, I'm sitting in a Reno hotel room awaiting the time that I will depart the biggest little city for the temporary municipality known as Black Rock City.
