Working out and getting fit ain’t easy, but Naples Fitness has designed a studio training program making it more efficient for clients to get a great workout in a short amount of time and December 6th officially marked the five year anniversary of business success.

Located on Naples Island, you’ll find this private training studio complete with all the latest exercise equipment and professional trainers with a minimum of five years experience, national certifications and degrees in their respected field

“They are also among the best in their profession,” owner David Rosett said. “The in-depth knowledge, professionalism, and care shown for each client is apparent with each session that is trained and our reputation has been experienced and spread through the tight-knit community by our loyal clientele, “ he wrote to 562citylife in an email.

And if you’re wondering why Naples Fitness considers their facility a “studio” rather than a “gym”, Rosett provided some rather simple reasons.  A gym is typically a large corporate facility that relies on signing up clients for lengthy memberships to stay in business. The equipment in gyms are often out of date and during “peak” training hours, it is difficult to complete one’s workout due to the overly populated training floor. You’ll also notice that at most gyms, the intensity of individuals working out does not compare to those training with an experienced trainer, which takes place at Naples Fitness.

Other highlights of a private training studio like Naples Fitness is they do not charge a monthly membership fee, nor lock clients into lengthy contracts. Their clients purchase packages of training sessions and only pay for their scheduled appointment time with their trainer. This also allows more guidance and overall structure in a studio and boosts motivation for those working out, as everyone who walks through the door does so with a purpose and is prepared to get to work with their customized program and personal trainer.

“Trainers at a studio also have the ability to work closely with their clients in the best manner they see fit, instead of having to conform to corporate guidelines listed in a handbook and written by someone not on the training floor. It is a much more personal experience,” Rosett said.

As Naples Fitness has reached out to the community, embraced various charities and donated to local causes, Rosett said those contributions have led to the success of his business and suggests them to every other small business owner. When asked  to provide some tips to Long Beach business owners, he also suggested to allow your business to grow, accept the changing times and don’t be afraid to adapt or change your business practices to fit the economical or social changes that are constantly occurring. Oh yeah, and that practice called network, network, network!

Does a personal training program interest you? If you have a contract with Bally’s or 24 hour Fitness and you’re still out of shape, give it a thought.

Naples Fitness is located at 5545 E. Second St and walking distant for many Belmont Shore and Naples community members. Check out their website at www.naplesfitnessstudio.comor cal 562-342-6539 for information.
