Who likes tacos? I LOVE TACOS! I can eat tacos for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Ok, maybe not breakfast. But who seriously doesn't devour a good taco? Unfortunately I am the worst cook…EVER! But here's my chance and yours to become a taco chef (If there is such thing as a taco chef).
On Wednesday, February 1 from 7 to 9pm (at College Estates), Long Beach Parks, Recreation, and Marine is offering Street Tacos: New Adult Cooking Class. You will have the opportunity to make yummy tacos! The menu consist of Mexican Picadillo, chicken fajitas, and a sweet corn cake spoon bread. Sounds delicious! Participants must be 18 years old or older. $25 per student plus $20 material fee (you pay the instructor).
