Grandparent Rights?????
okay well ima try to cut this story or chapter in my life short.....
well as some of you may or may not know that i've been going thru a child custody battle for my daughter: Makaela for the last 2 1/2 years or so me and the mom have came to an agreement just last december 07. now everything has been better for our daughter with the living arrangements and so forth but now her parants are taking us both to court for visitation and knowing the way that they are they would more than likely further this and try to get custody....now i honestly well me and the mother have really no problem with them seeing our daughter but when the grandfather is an alcoholic and the mother is just non-sense when she is always taking down to our daughter about us as the parents , putting negative things in our daughters head and on top of that the grandmother is a johovah's witness ( i have nothing against johovah's, but if some of you know what im talking about than u know) and this is really upseting to both of us as the parents and especially my daughter i really feel that she doesnt need to be going thru all of this and that she has already been thru enough while me and her mom been going to court - i would love to hear some feed back from all of you and your thoughts about this situation im going thru....
me and the mother have agreed to get an attorney to represent and as all of you know that this can run a pretty penny so i do ask all of you to help me by spreading the word about Stylez Graphix Design Studio that would help me get more customers so I can make some money to afford an attorney ...please help...thanx everyone for taking the time to read this and if you can - for helping spread the word ....

It's just bananas. Why would they think they have a case on you, when they, personally, already have problems with themselves. I use to study law, and to me, doesn't seem like it'd be a good case. Even if it's going to get that far. I'm rooting for you two to win. You guys are the parent, you guys have a better environment, it's your daughter and you've both been supporting her just like any good parent would do.
So really, don't sweat about it. If you have to go through it, than of course, do it. It's just going to cost a lot of money. Them visiting Makaela is no problem, that's normal for grandparent's to do and want to do. But taking custody? They don't and wouldn't fit the profile. Why, out of no where, would they just want to take custody, when the both of you were just done fighting a case and everything has been so great since then?
Do what you can! You'll win no matter what! If I was your lawyer, my words would be very brutal. LOL

lol...well i would think its just a control issue with her mom since the mother of makaela was living at her mom and dad's until the beginning of 2008 i think she knows she has less control over her daughter u know since she is not under her roof anymore.....all i gotta say is what ah bitch!!!
