Event Description

Melodrama adapted by Fred Cusick and Diane Moore. Directed by Dale Jones
In this family-friendly classic melodrama, Ebeneezer Humbug is about to “raise the dickens” by foreclosing on everyone in town and forcing Felicity Fuzziwig to marry him – much to the dismay of his clerk, Bob Scratchit. This hilarious delight includes five song parodies and puns galore.
“Boo the Villain! Cheer the Hero! Sigh for the lovely Heroine. Good triumphs over evil. This is theatre stripped to the basic emotions of love, hate, fear, anger, remorse and revenge.” States Dale Jones, director of The Plight before Christmas.
Opening Night Champagne Reception with the entire cast on Saturday, December 4th. There will be a two-for-one preview show on December 3rd. The Plight before Christmas will continue on Thursday nights (8 p.m.), Friday nights (8 p.m.), Saturday nights (8 p.m.) and Sunday matinees beginning November 14th, (2 p.m.) through Saturday, December 11th.
Half-price preview night, Friday, December 3rd. Tickets are $11
Opening night ticket price is $25.
Regular ticket prices are $22 for Adults, $20 for Seniors, and $12 for Students.
