Event Description

On June 11th, 2011 - the 3rd annual Green Long Beach Festival will bring out an anticipated 1000 + people!

HPSWAP / The Seven-Ten Swap will Be There to Swap at the Festival.

Can you imagine... over 1000 people taking to the streets to celebrate and swap!

This swap will be one for one - if you bring item's to swap.

You can take one item from the swap area for each item you give.

If you can bring more than you take - that will help the swap go further and give those who don't know about swapping a chance to experience it - hopefully we can make some new swappers of people  at  the  festival.   Expanding  the   local   swap   network   will  only  make  for  better  and   bigger  swaps  at our       local       monthly       710  Swap /Community Exchange.

Those  who  do  not  bring anything  to  the  swap  can  take one  item from  it.

This Swap Is Free!

Bring anything that is clean and in good condition (no large items please - it is harder to deal with larger items at a street fair)  You can swap clothes, shoes, books, toys, jewelery, household items, music, movies and more!

Actually, I'm responding late. Was sick over the weekend.

 

However!  For those who still have a desire to donate goods after the fact, the smaller 7/10 swap occurs once a month, and will be going on this Friday 6/17 location is in the Downtown Art District and all the information about them can be found here: http://www.710swap.com/

 

My wife and I put together at least 1 bag of things to donate each time.
