 ion of underground art, concept-driven and featuring eleven unique, vi
 sionary artists from Los Angeles, Long Beach, and abroad. The painting
 s, installations, and multi-media presentations collectively and indep
 endently express the contradictory, boundary-shattering urban[organic]
  consciousness.\n\nCollectors, businesses, and bohemians are invited t
 o view, discuss, and purchase the works presented at Sub-Alterity. Ref
 reshments provided by local sponsors, real music from live musicians a
 nd DJs as well as installations and activities.\n\nThe urban environme
 nt is commonly depicted as opposing nature and visa versa, but in actu
 ality, the organic world is continuously creeping into the vast networ
 ks of human planning and concrete. Similarly we, as artists, perpetual
 ly cross cultural borders and challenge our society’s guarantee of a
  static and one-sided reality.\n\nCurated and presented by Rowynn Mich
 elle Dumont, international experimental arts guru, and Michaël Verema
 ns, LA underground connoisseur as part of the next generation of fine 
 arts. Kyle Veremans is on booking, bringing with him the best undergro
 und bands and Djs in the scene. Virag Desaai and Clay Cooper are the r
 esident digital designers, busting out fresh graphics and repping the 
 concept.\n\nWe are creatively exploring, interpreting, and transmiting
  the seemingly contradictory webs of information, external events, and
  internal developments that make up the ever evolving consciousness of
