MacBeth is a story of a man who lusted after power, stole the thrown of Scotland from the rightful heir, and threw his country into chaos during his evil reign.  As the story unfolds, we see MacBeth had everything going for him; a warrior on his way home from a great victory and a loving wife. Of course, at the center of MacBeth are the three witches he meets on his trip who predict his future.  The downfall begins as MacBeth and his loving wife hatch a bloody plan to achieve the witches' prediction. In the end, his own greed and guilt defeat him.
