What’s a Flemish Red? What's the deal with sour ales? What’s a barleywine? Why do they call it a Saison? If you or any of your loved ones have asked the questions typical of a fine beer drinker, then this is the class for you. This intriguing pairing will be hosted by the man with all the answers: Beer Guru Chris Spangler. Beers will be artfully matched with fine artisan cheeses by Chef Cinthia. The Beer Guru regularly shares his knowledge and passion for quality brew on the third Thursday of every month. This class will be held from 6:30 to 7:30pm and is just $19 per person plus tax and gratuity. Reservations must be made by credit card and 48 hours notice is required for cancellation.
